This is perhaps the most original Ducati 750 GT in existence. The fibreglass tank and side covers were originally silver/blue candyflake, the seat was
recovered in leather, Stadium bar mirrors, fuel lines, a rear brake light switch from some Japanese 'bike and the indicators were added and of course the tyres have been replaced as have the rubber footpegs, but otherwise all visible parts are those that were on this motorcycle when it left the factory in 1972
First registered (road taxed) in Australia August 4 1972,
one of the first batch of GTs delivered to Melbourne
It was bought from the first owner in March 1973 and has been
my "Bike of the Year" every year since
Thanks to Bevel Rubber for all the beautiful new rubber bits
